Imagine - your child or teen...
Is confident about who they are and is communicating their emotions effectively and consistently.
Is motivated to achieve goals that they have decided for themselves.
Is using their phone in a healthy way - a skill many seem to be missing these days.
Is making mistakes, but learning from them, asking for support when they go through hard times, and advocating for their own needs.
Is connected to you as they continue to grow into an independent, responsible, and kind person.
Is demonstrating organization and planning skills that allow them to do their best at home and at school.

Work w/ Us
Mental Health
Services
We are specialists in the areas of social skill building, emotional literacy, and executive functioning. Whether dealing with ADHD, social concerns, depression, anxiety, grief, or trauma, this work allows you to be free to explore your thoughts, feelings, sensations, and experiences in a way that opens up possibilities for wellness.
Speech & Language
Services
Speech Therapy helps treat children with communication challenges, both in how they speak and in how they understand others. It also treats other concerns such as chewing and swallowing, articulating words, auditory processing, and even social skills.
Executive Functioning
Therapy
Executive functioning is a person's “air traffic control system” - the brain’s way of setting plans, prioritizing tasks, controlling impulses, regulating emotions, and reaching goals. These are not a set of skills that we are born with, and during executive functioning therapy, we tackle these goals based on your child or teen's individual needs.
Tech Addiction
& Moderation
Dangers associated with excessive screen use include: violence and risk-taking behaviors, videos of stunts or challenges that may inspire unsafe behavior, sexual content, negative stereotypes, substance use, cyberbullies and predators, advertising aimed at your child, and misleading or inaccurate information.
Skills Groups
& Classes
The objective is to develop self-advocacy according to developmental level, in order to increase problem solving and healthy relationship forming. We help clients see perspectives of the world and understand why/how their actions may differ from those who are neurotypical — and that it is o.k.
Collaboration
& Speaking
We help educate parents and teens on how to navigate the digital world, cope with anxiety and increase direction and motivation to build essential life skills. We tailor our talks to the specific needs of your organization, but often discuss building a resilient teen and being mindful of media and technology.
Online Learning
& Courses
If you're like most parents of tweens and teens, you know that trying to grab your teen out of isolation, buried in a phone, to do ANYTHING may be a struggle. It is ABSOLUTELY possible to be the parent your tween or teen needs during this time. We know because we’ve had countless clients build their parenting toolboxes as a result of our coaching and coursework.
And that's why we developed the Media Mindfulness Course. In it, you will learn strategies that actually work, based on the latest research on screen time and tween/teen independence, resilience, and self-advocacy.

Is Your Tween Ready For A Phone?
"Oh my goodness y’all. Today was a pretty tough day with video games. He didn’t sleep well last night which disrupts his mood the next day. He literally couldn’t handle Fortnite today. He was so emotional about losing, which caused a big meltdown. But seriously if it wasn’t for this class I don’t think I would have been prepared to handle it the way I did today. I stayed calm. I redirected him. I waited until he was calm and ready to discuss what happened and why. I let him talk at his pace but didn’t give up. Which side note, the dopamine discussions have been a HUGE eye opener for me. At the end of the conversation, we discussed a contract and setting expectations and consequences. It was really productive!!!! More often than not, the meltdowns from video games leave me feeling defeated. Literally, for the 1st time I felt in control the whole time. THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH!!!"
