Meet Brittany Sailer

Brittany Sailer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Brittany has over eight years of experience working with neurodiverse children and adults. She earned her Masters in Social Work from UNC Chapel Hill. While there, Brittany completed the Leadership and Education in Neurodevelopmental Disorders program at the Carolina Institute for Developmental Disabilities. After grad school, she worked with children and adults diagnosed with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities and co-occurring mental illness for four years.

Brittany is passionate about supporting neurodiverse individuals and helping them navigate the complexities of life. Brittany approaches therapy with a positive psychology and trauma informed lens, which allows clients to feel comfortable presenting their true self in sessions.

Brittany's specialties include:

  • Children and young adults diagnosed with Autism
  • Children and young adults diagnosed with ADHD
  • Children and young adults diagnosed with an Intellectual Disability
  • Executive Functioning support for children and young adults who do not have any diagnoses, but need additional support navigating this part of life
  • Counseling for parents who are supporting their child or young adult who is having challenges related to these diagnoses
