Really well done research studies don’t typically lie. and we know from studies on lgbtqia+ youth that this population is at greater risk of suicide than the typical adolescent population.
For families and LGBTQIA+ youth, finding resources that are a good fit can be a challenge. We always encourage clients to find the counselor or resource that is the right fit, but this is especially true for the LGBTQIA+ where suicide prevention is key.
My college essay really sucked. it was difficult to write because I didn’t really know enough about myself, and I was just trying too hard to be creative.
i compared myself to mint chocolate chip ice cream. it was a stretch.

You get a little nervous when your kid is cruising around the neighborhood and you don’t have a way to contact them.
We get it. We see you.
Personal devices are great for emergency situations and peace of mind! It’s awesome that we have this capability in 2022!
There are 2 things that we’d do BEFORE we give our kid a personal device:
