Mindful Teen Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group
In our dynamic and supportive Mindful Teen Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group, adolescents will come together to navigate their challenges together through the lens of mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance.
Led by skilled and empathetic therapists, Dr. Cory Clark and Jessica Ricks, the group provides a safe space for teens to share their experiences, learn coping skills, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their emotions. Through the exploration of various DBT skills, the group equips teens with practical tools to manage stress, build healthier relationships, and cultivate emotional resilience. 6 week session begins January 17th in our Fuquay Varina office.
