This Fall, Jessica Ricks will be offering a workshop on Managing Stress and Anxiety in Student Athletes. Participants will understand the relationship between anxiety and sports performance, develop effective coping strategies, enhance mental resilience and confidence, and learn the importance of contributing to a supportive team environment.
