If you are a person who struggles with pretty significant anxiety, you can easily say that it’s the worst.

Yes, it was necessary when fighting a sabertooth tiger. But does it really need to exist when choosing what camp to send my kid to? Or what we’re going to have for dinner tonight? Or thinking about a time in 4th grade when a teacher got mad at me for coughing too much?

Anxiety in children and teens is a hot button issue since the pandemic. We have seen an increase in anxiety in many of our clients, and even the news has picked up on the global increase for kids and teens!
