Anxiety Management Counseling Group for Middle School Girls

Anxiety Management Counseling Group for Middle School Girls

Anxiety & Social Skills

We frequently hear from our clients how social interactions can sometimes feel daunting, especially for young girls navigating the complexities of early adolescence. We also know finding a supportive community can make all the difference.

This Fall, Kaitlin Graham, LCSWA is facilitating an Anxiety Management Counseling Group just for girls. We believe that not everyone’s social brain is built the same - so “teaching social skills” really isn’t a “one size fits all” model.

Utilizing different counseling techniques, Kaitlin will help each participant:

  • Recognize anxious thoughts
  • Identify how anxiety feels in their bodies
  • Create and develop coping strategies
  • Improve social skills
  • Connect with peers
