Girls’ Social Skills & Anxiety Group

Girls’ Social Skills & Anxiety Group

Social Skills & Advocacy

We frequently hear from our clients how social interactions can sometimes feel daunting, especially for young girls navigating the complexities of early adolescence. We also know finding a supportive community can make all the difference.

This April, Kaitlin Graham, LCSWA is facilitating a Social Skills & Anxiety Counseling Group just for girls. We believe that not everyone’s social brain is built the same - so “teaching social skills” really isn’t a “one size fits all” model.

Utilizing different counseling techniques, Kaitlin will help each participant:

  • Recognize anxious thoughts
  • Identify how anxiety feels in their bodies
  • Create and develop coping strategies
  • Improve social skills
  • Connect with peers
