Rigo supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism and other forms of neurodivergence, OCD, trauma, attachment concerns, anger, low self-esteem, self-harm, substance use, and challenges related to video gaming. He also helps clients explore identity, sexuality, sex education, relationships, shame, and religious trauma.
As an LGBTQIA+-affirming therapist in Chapel Hill, Rigo welcomes clients of different identities, cultures, backgrounds, and family structures. His goal is to help clients better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, develop practical ways to navigate challenges, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
Available in Chapel Hill, NC for in person or virtual appointments.
