Executive Functioning Coach

My passion as an executive functioning specialist is helping others discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to thrive in their daily lives. What I love most about my work is getting to know each client as an individual and helping them make everyday challenges feel more manageable. I believe every person deserves to feel successful, understood, and celebrated for who they are.

Outside of work, I love my dachshund, summer camp, and DIY-projects! I attended Rice University for my Bachelor's degree in Linguistics & Psychology and UT Dallas for my Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of communication, executive functioning, and cognitive challenges. Earning my ADHD-RSP certification has strengthened my ability to create spaces where every child feels safe, included, and confident enough to try new things. I always desire to teach through encouragement, connection, and some silliness along the way!
