With 23 years of experience as a classroom teacher and private tutor, Eileen has spent her career helping students figure out how they learn best - not just what they’re learning. Along the way, she has seen firsthand how challenges with organization, time management, planning, and follow-through can hold capable students back. Eileen works alongside students and families to build practical, realistic strategies that fit real life. Her approach is supportive, encouraging, and highly personalized—because no two learners are the same. Whether it’s creating systems to stay organized, learning how to manage time more effectively, or building confidence and independence, Eileen focuses on skills students can carry with them far beyond the classroom.
